"Took my 1 year old (now 2) here. Huge mistake! She was 30-40 minutes late for breakfast and didn’t eat at home, I called after dropping her off to let them know that and if she’s fussy to please give her a banana or some sort of snack to hold her over for 2 more hours until lunch. The staff told me they don’t do that if she’s not here in time for breakfast she doesn’t eat until lunch so basically my baby girl is out of luck. I pulled her out the next day and haven’t been back and never will! PLUS she was crying when I dropped her off because this was her first time going to daycare and she was scared... as I was walking out I heard the staff members in her little classroom tell her SHHHH!!! And not in a nurturing way what so ever! I should have pulled her right then and there! And the BIGGEST red flag I experience there was I my boyfriend showed up early to pick my baby up he got there in the middle up nap time, 2 hours later when they picked me up from work she was like a freaking ZOMBIE!! Should’ve taken her to the hospital and had her blood taken to see if she had any sleep aide in her system! If I could go back I would! I called the daycare to ask if she had taken any medicine because she’s never acted like that in her life, the we’re instantly rude and defensive and said “I told you she was having trouble at nap time she’s probably just tired!” I know my freaking child! Something was not right! Do NOT leave your children who are unable to speak for themselves and tell you things go to this daycare!"
