"I recently had a difficult situation with my prescription medicine because I am traveling abroad for an extended period of time. The pharmacists at this Walgreens were so incredibly kind and willing to help me despite the difficulty, whether that be answering my multiple calls or helping me in-person. Thank you so much for the great customer service!"

"I don’t generally have a great experience at this location, but Donte is the man. When I pulled up to pick up my prescription he told me it wasn’t showing up as being renewed. When I told him I did indeed renew it 5 days ago, he went and filled it right away. I waited like 8 minutes. Customer service of the year award to Donte!!!"

"It feels safe to shop at the Walgreens on Delmar, both day and night. They have good product selection, and the shelves are generally well-stocked. It’s also cleaner than other nearby Walgreens stores. After dark, police are frequently in the store and/or the parking lot. The pharmacy is closed at night, so I am unable to review pharmacy staff or cleanliness. I prefer this store, and its friendlier staff, to others in the area."

"If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. Our youngest (2yrs) has a bad repeat ear infection and needs medication as soon as possible. They didn't have the medication on hand (how?) and gave us no indication we would have to wait. I had to call and ask what was taking so long. They offered to give him something else, I was not comfortable with the technicians laksadasical explanation. She also didn't seem to care our son is miserable while waiting. Transferred to a different location and it will be ready in 90 minutes. We will never use this location again."

"Do not get your prescriptions here. They will set them to auto refill, whether you want it or not. I turn it off in my account, then I get the notice that my refill is in progress. And don’t try to call the pharmacy because they will not answer, or return a call. So frustrating that I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere even though this is a more convenient location."
