"We are a hotel that was suppose to get a shipment of our breakfast furniture from this company. They called yesterday to make sure we had people to unload the truck and I assured them we did. I explained to her, that the people would be coming from out of town and was they SURE it would be here. She said yes that it would be here by 1:00 pm. We had our guys here to unload and we had other people pick up our old furniture. When we had not heard from them we called to check and she apologized and said she had just got to work (at11:30) and that there was a delay the truck would not be in until Monday!!!! I have a hotel full of people and no furniture for 3 days! I spoke to the manager "Luke" who told me the only other option was a dedicated driver that would cost us an est of $4000 more. Really??? you made a mistake and want to charge me??? HORRIBLE customer service and I would not recommend this company to haul my trash off!"
