"I was recommended by a friend. I had 3 dogs to ship 3 separate dates. Getting an actual flight took a day. Not same day, the next day. By the time I got the flight they chose my dog wouldve spent 14hrs hours a crate. I asked for a change, again that took another day just to check to see what the airline had. I didn't have another day. So I booked my own flight. I tried again with my next dog shipping in a few days, it still took next day for flight info. Wasn't too terribly annoying on this flight because it was short. So I booked my next flight a week out. It took a day to get back time to tell me they didn't fly into that airport. So i switched airport and it took another day to get a new flight. They sent me updated flight change but the price remained the same. 12 hours before the flight the airline calls me to tell me Runway booked my flight wrong so there isn't enough time to check in. So.. I have to change my flight. I call runway, yay they got me a flight change within a few hours. I get to the airport and there is an $80 price increase than what i was quoted. I call and runway tells me that the new booking confirmation had the old price point and their system doesn't fix it. But they neglected to tell me about the price change. F $80 more to ship 3 states over and my dog still has a lay over. I called delta myself today for a direct flight quote and it was only $5 more. You'd have to be an idiot to use runway."
