"Wife has allergies to many food items. The Taco Bell in Mt Vernon, MO happily made what she asked for , the way she asked with no problems. We've been to other taco bells and they would tell her they couldn't do it. Because of this attitude, we had stopped going to Taco Bell. We will return to this one"

"Freeze was too sweet and not really frozen. Girl at the drive thru took forever to greet us and take our order. Food was okay for Taco Bell."

"The absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The nachos were old, stale and completely soaked in old and horrible tasting grease. They were inedible!!! The bag was nothing but grease and there was no nacho cheese accompanying the chips. The 5 layer burrito that was ordered was replaced with a bean burrito smothered in red sauce. The chalupa wasn't much better considering it had the old grease taste to it as well but it was lightly fried so it was at least something that could be consumed. We also had plain soft tacos. Thank goodness they got 3 of the 4 right. The fourth taco had red sauce on it as well. They didn't even give the drink without ice. However, the drink was the only thing that was, what I would say to be, decent. Needless to state that it was money that was basically just thrown in the trash. And, Taco Bell is my absolute favorite place to eat above all others!"

"Service was great. It was close to closing time. I ordered unsweetened tea because I am type 1 diabetic. I tasted tea while waiting for food. It was sweet. They got me a fresh drink from different tea but also tasted sweet. Offered me something different. I had a bottle of water so I declined. The chalupa bread tasted old or dry or stale . Otherwise everything else was good. The young folks working did their best to fix things within their control. The beef burritos I got for my puppers were good. I tried a bite"

"This place is amazing ❣️ We were cheerfully greeted as we walked through the door, helped with our menu decisions, food brought to the table. The entire place had that friendly home town atmosphere. Everything was clean & well cared for, even the restrooms were immaculate. As a truck driver I have been in numerous Taco Bells from coast to coast, this is the best of them all, food, service, atmosphere & cleanliness. I was shocked in a good way ❣️"
