"I own a small trucking company and work with many brokers. My Logistics Manager called dispatch to inquire on a load. The dispatcher that she spoke with, (after not getting an answer the first time she called) finally returned my managers call. Long story short, this was the rudest person she had come across in quite sometime. My opinion, this is no way to run a business! I would not book a load with that dispatcher even if I had to leave my truck sitting overnight, empty. Brokers, you need to realize if you don't book your load it's no big deal for the carrier, we'll just go elsewhere for our next load. It's your commission, not mine. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to.."
