"When I started my entertainment and events business, I was surprised at how difficult it was to work with the first few agents I contacted when I was looking to buy a general liability policy. I realize now it was not that the agents were difficult but rather my industry is somewhat difficult to cover. There is no one-size-fits-all event. However, my frustrations ended when I found Tim and Arena Insurance. Another agent actually referred me to Tim when she had no group who would underwrite a festival.
