"Billed me for services that should not have been billed for a type-1 diabetic seizure. When I filed a grievance with my insurance, we were told that Mets should never have billed according to state rules. Insurance contacted Mets, and they agreed that they would stop billing me. When I called for a refund, I was told they could not do that. I was advised a diabetic seizure is not an emergency, and the office manager, Karen Delzell, further stated that such non-emergency calls tie up services."
