"I ordered on line using a coupon of 13.99 for a large specialty pizza. I swapped out 2 ingredients for 2 I didn't want and ask for extra sauce. I was charged 3 dollars for this. I have done the same thing at the same store numerous times and was never charged. I talked to the manager about this and was given no explanation as to why I was able to do this on previous occasions but not this time. I was offered no compensation. There should be a written note of extra charges for swappitng toppings and/or allow it always or not at all."
"Ordered online went to ridgline store 40 mi away. Got sent to 7th st store and confirmed they will be delivering. They brought to the truck stop and called the original store instead of me. Now tell me that I’m out of their delivery range. These people can’t get their stories straight."

"It seems like no matter how busy this place is your pizza is usually always ready within ten minutes! Seems like I'm getting fewer toppings lately so that's why four instead of five stars but the pizza is always good. Occasionally the thin crust is a bit over cooked though."
