Waterford Place Apartments & Townhomes

"Edit: I did not realize there was a reply. To reiterate, my AC has never been fixed or working properly. After the last "repair" three different people followed up with me. I told all three that the system still couldn't cool the apartment and all three said they would ensure it was fixed. Since then no one has reached out to me and no one has been to my apartment to check the system. Everyday last week my apartment was over 80°F when I went to bed. Original review; AC hasn't been worthing properly for almost 2 months. I've put in numerous work orders and have been constantly assured that it has been fixed. 2 days from now will mark the 2 month anniversary of my first maintenance request and it still hasn't been fixed. The weather is only getting warmer and my blood pressure is getting higher."

"I lived at Waterford Place for a year and found it to be a great experience. Management and Maintenance were phenomenal about providing exceptional service. They had periodical maintenance and extermination to keep the grounds clean, safe and in working order. The environment was quiet, relaxing, beautiful trees, trails and the occasional deer amongst other wildlife. I will miss Waterford Place and the staff."

"I have been at Waterford Place for 3 years and about to sign my 4th lease. That alone should say something. It is a beautiful place to live with surrounding woods, walking trails, frequent views of wildlife, and my favorite, the beautiful deer wandering through the property. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. I have only had to request special or emergency maintenance service twice, but both times they were here within 30 minutes. Oh and let's not forget that they are pet friendly which is so much fun and affords you the opportunity to personally meet many of your neighbors both human and 4 legged. You will love it here!"

I appreciate living in a place where you feel well taken care of and actually cared about as a resident. The maintenance team, Tony and Oscar in particular, are amazing and have gone above and beyond when there's been an issue to resolve. I appreciate living in a community like this because I know how rare their exceptional service to their residents actually is."

"My husband and I live here for 2+ years and love the maintenance team. They have a quick response time and take of your issues. The management team is also wonderful and great, they will work with you with whatever you need. They also host many community days and parties throughout the year which is nice to know who your living around. Extremely pet friendly with many pet area and a nice trail not too far from the complex to go for walks. A few years ago the parking lot did flood and we did lose a car, but if you report the creek blockage to overland park they will help with creek water levels. We just park up on the hill or in a different part of the complex. But our lot has not flooded in about a year. So just keep an eye out or the creek when flash flood alerts happen."
