Walmart Pharmacy

"All pharmacies suck, but this one is special. Refused to do an emergency refill on a medication I have years of history using on the day after Christmas. The medication was just an SSRI- but without it I’m going to feel terrible tomorrow. Thanks walmart."

"Very undertrained like all Walmart pharmacies. Will do nothing but waste your time. Sent me to another location for no reason. After already wasting my time by not telling me my medication was out of stock when I called before driving up. What a joke!!! Never will I use them again"

"Refused to give me an emergency refill of my cholesterol medication after I had been out two days. Couldn't fill it earlier to to illness. Called back to find out why they couldn't fill it, and the pharmacist said they could have filled it. I think some education regarding the refill policies should be given to those associates dealing with customers at the window."

"Who is this Cristy pharmacist? The only time I have ever had a problem was with “Christy”….. as if I’m some kind of criminal. I am a nurse practitioner for 18 years and an RN for 10 years before that….! Who wants to be questioned for NO REASON??? Not me!! Too many other pharmacies to use… Bye Christie!!!"

"Hours listed online are incorrect. They changed them over a month ago and now close at 7:00 pm. Wish I would have know that before I sent my prescriptions there. It’s very frustrating when there is no accountability, customer service or store manager available to help. This is not the way Sam Walton would have ran the company. For starters there needs to be a pharmacy help line posted when they are closed and correct hours posted online would also be a plus."
