"I really love it here my apartment is spacious we don't feel like we're on top of each other. The office staff are number one in my book, they made the Experience of the application fees and everything like that go quickly and easily. and I really do appreciated it, Because let's face it moving is not a great experience to be done. But when you get a woman like the one that helped my family and I her name is Daisha you have a caring person and not a robot just going through the motions and even when she got sick the rest of the girl knew what was going on so we didn't have any problems and our questions were answer right away. They didn't make you wait on the phone for hours while they tried to familiarize themselves with our file. If you're out there looking for an apartment the Wilder should be your first place I'm pretty sure you'd be happy too."

"Unfortunately they have a very high turnover rate in the office and maintenance departments as well. Which are two very important parts of running a successful apartment complex. We moved out at the end of December. Left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in, to the point that they could have moved someone in immediately, was told we would get our deposit check in 30 days, it's been over 70 days now. I have called several times a week and keep getting told they have to contact corporate. Hopefully someone in the corporate world will read this review and improve their customer service."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. ROACHES/DIRTY/POOR STAFF.As most people on here say... I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I moved in a 2 bed 2 bath Sept 2022. Our first day moving in we walked in to it not being cleaned or ready for occupancy. The fridge was in the middle of the dining room, no washer or dryer installed, very dirty bathrooms and kitchen, master bath shower didn't work ( I could go on forever with all the problems we walked into). In our dining room there was a bucket with feces in it. It is the buckets they use to clean the dog feces from community grass areas. The office staff could not of cared less about this situation. Not apologetic and not quick to resolve any issues. We unfortunately had to move our stuff in because the lease at our old place was up. We had no choice. It took them 3-4 months to fully get our Master Bath shower to work and drain correctly after multiple maintenance request and calls to the office. BUT then a few days later both of the showers started to not drain. They finally had a real plumber come out. I was actually home when the plumber was working and he stated that they found Shrimp tails in our plumbing and that's why our showers weren't working. This is because they do not have dishwasher disposals and someone above us had shoved shrimp tails down their sink. They had to cut out a huge part of my bathroom wall to get to the piping. This resolved the showers draining. Finally about a week later a maintenance man came to fix the huge hole in my wall. He did not clean up after himself or let us know he was going to be sanding the wall down. So EVERYTHING in my bathroom was ruined by sawdust. I did speak to the manager about this and again they did not care or apologize just stated they would have him go clean up, which he did not. About June of 2023 my across the hall neighbors moved out and they lived very dirty and had roaches. Once they moved out the roaches needed somewhere to go. This resulted in them spreading all over the building. They had people come and spray the apartment but this never got fully resolved. The garbage bins are always overflowing and trash flying around everywhere because no lids on the bins. The stairs and hallways are never cleaned, full of bugs, and have a ton of issues. Again, no dishwasher disposal, the washer and dryers are so small you can fit maybe two towels at most. Within my last week there black mold started to form in my shower and on my wall beside my shower. Customer service is awful and not one of their fortes. I truly hope they get good management and get these problems resolved as it is a very convenient area."

"I have lived here at the Wilder for almost 8 years. I have went through a few management changes. Having said that. I believe the CURRENT management team is the BEST. A special shout out to Asst. Manager Adriana .. she is awesome, every time I have called with an issue, she has responded !! Again .. The best Team in 8 years..."

"I recently moved into the apartments at 9658 Halsey St, Lenexa KS, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The location offers a peaceful and quiet environment, which is a big plus for me. The attention to detail in the apartment itself is impressive, making it feel like a comfortable and cozy space. I've been thoroughly enjoying my time here and look forward to creating many happy memories in this lovely community! Big shout out to the office staff for being amazing!!"
