"You too can spend almost 2K a month to be woken up at 5 am by your neighbors dual exhaust truck and garage doors opening and closing repeatedly right beneath your bedroom. Every. Single. Morning. Or your work from home being disturbed by your neighbors cleaning man slamming car doors 200 times in 2 hours beneath your office while smoking. Every. Single. Week. And not being able to have people over because of all the noise. Tiny family rooms. Unresponsive management. Sky rocketing rents. The pool is too crowded to enjoy. The gates never work so there is no real security. The only thing that is consistently good is maintenance. I’ve lived here since these apartments were built and endured early days headaches and thought that by being a loyal steadfast renter I’d be given some kind of accommodation along the way in regards to rent increases or help with excessive noise, but it didn’t ever materialize. The traffic with all the new apartments next door and businesses surrounding these apartments and the removal of almost all mature trees on property lines has changed the feel of this place dramatically. I am now moving out because I cannot justify spending this much money for so much noise and hassle. I’ll be renting a house for 600 a month less than I pay here. And without all the noise."

"Spacious apartment size that meets our need. Location is excellent. Professional and polite management office staff. Mail room is an unmitigated disaster, package laying everywhere with the honor system hoping nobody takes your package, the concierge box scanner never worked. Gate is consistently broken. The tenants drive through the complex way above the speed limits with no enforcement. Unsafe. Appliances in the apartment are outdated with consistent braking and no replacement. The apartment is nowhere near luxury. Being advertised as such with luxury prices. Price is outrageous. Acceptable temporary solution."

"We had an excellent tour guide. She informed us very well and we are very interested. It is indeed a lovely place. We are ready to downsize and enjoy the luxury of a place like this."

"Everything here is lovely. I love the fact that we are accountable to make sure that we pick up after ourselves as well as our pets. What I can't understand is how I still sometimes see feces left behind by someones pet. Just pick it up! Maintenance is so quick and efficient! Our pool atmosphere is fun and friendly! The grounds are kept so clean and attractive! It's really nice to live here and feel so welcome. We are really enjoying our life here."
