"This place is an absolute SCAM!!!! 0 stars and would NEVER RECOMMEND living here. Security gates don’t work, pool was closed for half the summer and even when it was open it was SO DISGUSTING and never ever cleaned. Management sucks and they always pretended to do work orders and never actually did. The way it was built SUCKS and you will pay 10x in electric because nothing is properly insulated. Couldn’t have got out of there fast enough and wish I would have never even gave them a minute of my time it’s all a scam and DEFINITELY not luxury but you will pay the “luxury” price. Not safe, horrible management and team and overall horrible experience."

"We really enjoy living here at the Villas, the staff are wonderful and very helpful. Today we are especially thankful for Amanda who does an amazing job of keeping the facility clean. We come down for coffee early in the morning and she is always working hard to keep the main areas spotless! Just wanted to acknowledge a job well done and let Amanda know we sure appreciate it..!!!"

"My husband and I love living here. Great location, close to I-35, I’ve had no issues with neighbors or management except a couple of days where the pool was closed bc a person brought glass and it broke in the pool. Management got it resolved fairly quickly. My only issue is that the carpets are kinda dirty, might get better with a deep clean. Also, the frame of my apt door was chipped, probably from past tenants. We did have to clean the whole apartment when we moved in which was a hassle, it was evident that they did not have it deep cleaned right before we moved in. ☹️ I would have cleaned it anyways but it was too dirty for move-in."

"I am incredibly disappointed with the move out process. The apartment complex is BEAUTIFUL! I felt so incredibly blessed to be living there. Most of my neighbors were amazing, maintenance team is quick and so kind, staff are kind as well. You will receive somewhat snarky emails about what you can and cannot wear to the pool, not allowing your dog to go to urinate in the courtyard GRASS, along with other things that made you feel like you were living with overbearing parents. The complex has amazing amenities and just beautiful. The move out process is where my biggest complaints lie. My apartment was in exceptional condition when I moved out.. After waiting over a month for my move out statement to be sent to me, they charged me an incredible amount for changing the carpet in the bedroom due to the third party vendor they use, finding pet urine underneath the carpet. My dog has been potty trained for longer than I lived in the complex. There were no accidents and absolutely no stains on the carpet. I have heard a number of reports about the company that manages this complex, but decided to look away thinking that they were just bitter people. Now I completely understand. They will milk you for every single penny that they can. I cannot even express my amount of disappointment."
