"I was just in this pharmacy and was treated very rudely and was basically told it was my fault due to me not knowing anything about workmans comp insurance prescriptions. I was picking up a prescription for my mother who had just had major surgery due to a work accident. This was completely rude and uncalled for. If I could give a negative rating I would. If this is how you treat people then you need to be out of business."

"I’ve used 3 other pharmacies in town and left each one because of terrible service or not filling medications on time. I tried Sam Alexander and so happy I did. They fill meds quicker than any other pharmacy I’ve used AND I’ve yet to have a rude pharmacist or pharmacy tech. They also have the option for delivery, curbside or mail, and they use pocket RX so you can refill everything from the app and select how you want your meds refilled. Another great thing is they carry a lot of specialty meds for rare diseases/conditions and they compound. It’s also a bonus that the pharmacy is beautiful and you can get just about anything in there. I’m really happy I switched to them!"
