"I was there yesterday to close on our home and we selected the option to obtain a check in order to avoid the wire fee...Julie said in fron of my agent Eric if I would be open to get wire transfer. I said isn't there a charge for the wire transfer as this is the reason I chose the check. SHE LIED AND SAID NO THERE IS NO CHARGE, only when you come home and look at the paperwork ther eyou notice their tricks and lies. This is probably the reason I will no longer work with my agent Eric who was good until they part ways with Synergie title."

"I was a seller supposed to close on a Thursday, then it was pushed back to Friday but I was assured I would still get my funds on Friday so I agreed. I still went in and signed everything Thursday, driving 50 miles to Synergy's office to avoid any mixup with notaries or couriers because I was depending on the money from my house sale. On Friday I kept waiting and waiting and no communication to tell me everything was finished, so finally I called to ask. I was told oh we just received the buyer's paperwork but it's too late to wire the money so we will do it Monday. To me, this is poorly managed. I go from receiving money Thursday and now I am waiting 4 additional days at a time when I need the money. If the title company is coordinating all the parties and arranging the closing and promises someone to get them their money on Friday, then you need to coordinate that with the buyers and make sure they get their paperwork signed and submitted on time."

"Building a new home, called them to get a quote. Julie helped me with the quote. She was very honest and suggested that it would be in my best interest to work with the title company recommended by the builder even if there are price differences. She also told me that I can ask for a price match using their quote. The quote she gave turned out to be less than the builder's title company. In a world where people are doing anything to win your business, only some work with integrity. These people are definitely one among them. Would strongly recommend them for affordable title service."
