"Hands down, this was my best apartment living experience to date. Maintenance is quick to fix problems (my fridge died, and I had a new one within 2 hours!), and the office staff is very personable and professional. The community is kept neat with regular landscaping, and the maintenance team is consistent in cleaning laundry centers. - Bonus! The community has smart home technology! No worries about losing your keys when you have an electronic number pad entry!"

"Rosehill is in a good, central area and the apartments are large for the price. Maintenance is also friendly and quick, which is so important! Recently, we've had some issues - I've lived here for almost 7 years. Every year when we re-up, we are told we will have free carpet cleaning, but have never received it or been asked to schedule anything. Parking has always been an issue. You can buy assigned parking spots, but if you don't have them, there aren't always going to be options nearby. It's just the way the complex is built. It can be frustrating. There are some VERY old appliances in some of the apartments, but they do update as people move out. SmartRent is installed here, and I love it - but I know it's an issue for some, so it's good to know when moving in. Being able to change the temperature from our phones has unfortunately never worked for us, but being able to not need a key to get in has been really useful. The public areas are very well maintained. Overall, aside from parking, Rosehill has been pretty good for the price! If you like amenities, this is the place for you!"

"Moved in from out-of-state during COVID. Hannah made my move super easy. Almost everything was completed online. Excellent communication with call, text, email and mobile resident app ActiveBuilding. Through the mobile resident app you can pay your rent, submit service requests & post in the community wall - something I really enjoyed. Pricing is perfect for the area, amenities, support, apartment condition, etc. Although not all units have washer & dryer, there are several laundry centers on-site. They operate with a dedicated mobile app so no need to bother with coins. These apartments are near Blackdog Coffee house & Ibis Bakery so you get some awesome aromas walking around the neighborhood. For the most part it's a quiet neighborhood. Move out was a smooth process. If you're look in the Lenexa, Olathe, Overland Park area, check out Rosehill Pointe."

"I've been living here for about two months, and I've enjoyed my time. This is my first apartment, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I haven't had any problems! The maintenance is prompt, and overall the complex is clean. I've never had any trouble with noise or anything. For the price, I think this is a solid place. Parking and lighting of the parking lots are my only issues. It'd be cool to get some more lights for at night. I'll be sure to update my review towards the end of my lease if anything changes!"
