"In December of 2018, I closed on my dream home, built by TR Smith. Upon first inspection, the home appeared to be built as if the builder himself were to live in it! For example, the appliances were handpicked as to be what would work best in the house. The house even featured a gas stove, a oddity in my area. The Smiths even had ethernet ran to every single room, which is a choice you’ll scarcely find in new construction. These observations continued even when I took a deeper look into the house. They chose to use high-grade cellulose insulation as well as very efficient windows. Upon closing, I had some changes requested, ie; breaker setup for EV charging as well as a network box in the garage. All these changes and more were completed reasonably, quickly, and expertly. I write this after eight months in the house and I can say that I am still beyond satisfied with the quality of the house and the wonderful people who run TR Smith Construction."
