"Fantastic, reasonably priced service at a local shop. Took two necklaces here to get repaired a few weeks ago. Either met the owner or a long-time employee who was superbly personable and made me feel welcome instantly. One necklace was 18K and very delicate, and they determined they would need to send it off to be resoldered to repair it. I was quoted a reasonable price given the repair requirements and it took only 1-2 weeks to get a call letting me know I could pick it up. They did great with the repair -- I can't tell at all where they had to resolder it. The other necklace I brought in to them was a cheap chunky chain necklace that needed one of its chains rehooked and the owner/employee kindly repaired this for me free of charge while I was there. If you need any kind of jewelry repair, whether it's a valuable piece or not, I'd highly recommend!"
