Forever 21

"Brought in a pair of pants from online. I tried another size and liked it better in store. I bring both up to the counter to do an exchange and the cashier advises I can’t do an even exchange, they would have to return the item purchased online, and purchase the in store item for the much pricier in store price… for the same EXACT item I already purchased. I have never been to a clothing store before until today that has pulled something like this, most clothing stores across America will zero out the transaction and do an even exchange for you because you’re exchanging the SAME EXACT item. I don’t recommend this location because they are in the business of penny pinching customers and providing inconvenient, terrible customer service. The cashier also had an attitude. I asked a couple of questions about their process and the cashier seemed to think I was being unreasonable for being confused about a clothing retailer not doing even exchanges."

"Disappointed is an understatement, you guys had clothes in the colors I wanted but it seemed like half the items in the store were only XS or S. Large and XL should be just as mandatory too.. You lost business because of this. I planned to spend a lot of money at this establishment but the lack of sizes RUDE! We spent over 30 minutes in the store, no employees greeted us & we left disappointed."

"The store has a large inventory. One good thing was a lot of markdowns , clearance & sale discounts. Some of the items may not have the size you need. Was able to find some good deals. Noticed some items here were nit available at other Forever 21's in different states."

"Nice, clean store with a nice variety of clothing, displayed really well They close too early and they close the dressing rooms 30 minutes before the store closes so you have to get there early. I took off a star for that. Otherwise, top notch."
