"We went to go purchase a new gaming headset on a Sunday and two days later when we went to use it, it didn’t work. So we went to go return it, and we were unable to. The guy who sold us the mic failed to let us know that when you buy any new product there is a zero day return policy. If we were given that information ahead of time then we would have purchased the insurance to avoid this whole situation. Not to mention the guy was very stand-offish and had a very bad demeanor. This location is not a place that I am going to visit in the future."
