"Breaking our contract and refusing to pay detention that we agreed on with a signed confirmation. Our driver wasted over 8 hours till they make a decision how to proceed with a load (loaded on wooden pallets instead of plastic). A month later we received a check for the load, without the detention. This was their respond: "The rate con showing detention was only sent under duress because you threatened to break the seal and have this offloaded at a 3rd party warehouse" - we tried calling them, apparently they are refusing to discuss and hanging up the phone. What is the reason signing an official document with them...?!? Very unprofessional..."
