"Excellent pay and benefits. Planners weren't that great at giving you practical trips sometimes but home time was spot on. Had two reoccurring issues with my truck and was going to their shop 2-3 times a month till I quit. Was told who I should speak with in admin; I did call and did leave voicemails.. no answers. Then was notified of my miles falling behind...ok so they're paying me for these dozens of shop time hours, but are clueless why Dispatcher actually said to me "I don't have a lot of pull with management but I'll try a email".. nope, no response."
