"Horrible Landlord"

"Not a perfect apartment but it wasn't bad. I lived there for 2 years while at MSU and had few problems. The maintenance man usually came right away to fix things. There were a few issues with other people in the building making noise or causing trouble but the landlord eventually evicted them and got better people in there. I got most of my deposit back except for the cost of carpet cleaning. I'd rent here again if I still needed to be close to MSU."

"Hands down worst landlord ever. We came into the apartment with a bud bug infestation, had to move out of the apartment twice within the first week and didn't even knock anything off the rent for our troubles. We got eaten alive by the bed bugs. He will rent to anyone including meth heads who will try and break into your place in nearby apartments. He lied and said the place was perfectly safe, found out the week before we moved in that our neighbors apartment got broken into as well as cars getting broken into as well. Not to mention the multiple times gun shots were fired right outside my apartment. Once we moved out it took over a month to get our deposit back. He then took it upon himself to take off $100 because of carpet cleaning that he claims is in the lease, well it's not at all. We paid rent on time every month and without a doubt some of the best tenants he's ever had. We left the place spic and span and this is what we get. But be sure to not call him because he will do nothing but yell at you over the phone and hang up on you every time. This review definitely could have been avoided. Just a word from the wise, and no im not the only one. But Dustin, the maintenance man on site is without a doubt great and will do anything you need."

"Graham Properties is awesome. We rented from Bill Graham for two years while living in Springfield. He is an excellent landlord, and was very quick and responsive with needs. His properties are kept in immaculate condition. If we ever moved back into the area, I would absolutely rent from him again."
