"Horrible Place to live. Terrible management they are lazy and rude if you call them if they even pick up which they rarely do. I had many maintance issues including an air conditioner that constantly would leak water everywhere, lights went out and reported it took almost a month before they called a maintenance guy after repeatedly asking, almost zero water pressure in from the sinks and showers, absolutely no security the gates were never working, parking was a disaster and I watched a guy get towed who lived here for parking in a spot because there was no other option. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. Would give zero stars if I could."

"Deadline this and deadline that with no notices. I turned my move-out form in with 87 days left in my contract, and since the rule said 90 days ahead of the contract end date. I had to pay rent from May when my contract ended until August. While not living there nor allowed access! Also they do not advertise your apartment if you violate this rule until they are completely full and someone calls asking for an apartment. On Top of that there were 450$ of move out fees for moving out with out the proper 90 day notice. Parking pass is 30$ extra, but the parking lot is always full. Both my A/C and heat went out within my 1 year stay. No elevator, no pool, no workout room, no vending, no dog play area, etc. I read the reviews prior to moving in and thought it would be easy to avoid fees, but I was mistaken. On top all that every staff except one lady was rude. Out of the 5 places I've lived at they are the worst by far."

"I wish there was a way to give negative stars. I loved here for maybe 8 months and from the day I moved in it was trouble. I had zero water pressure, dribbles of water would come out of my kitchen sink. Then there was sewage issues. Sewage from OTHER people was coming up out of my shower. What was I told to do?? Plunge it. Absolutely disgusting and should have immediately put me in another room. Instead I was told to solve it myself. Worse apartment experience of my life. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone"

"I used to really enjoy living in this complex, the location was great but since ending my lease with them my treatment has been awful. They never came and fixed my air conditioner after I informed them multiple times that it wasn’t working during the 100° heat. After moving out they charged me upwards of $500 for things like cleaning which I was never informed I needed to do before moving out. On top of that, I won’t be getting my security deposit back, so they essentially charged me $700 for minor paint touch ups and cleaning. Do not live here. It’s over priced and there is literally no parking or accountability on the landlords end."

"Boomertown was decent until the lack of communication with the property manager became apparent. The security isn't great and the parking can be horrid. The coffee shop and the amount of reserved spots for an extra 30 a month are the reason for the horrible parking space. If you want to shell out another 30 for it then you will be fine. They will take as much as they need from your deposit even if the damage is wear and tear. But if you're a college student just looking for a place to live for the semester it will probably work. Just go to Greenway studios, the property Manger there will take better care of you."
