"I had never lived in apartment community prior to Southwood. I was definitely nervous about the change, but have been greatly relieved that my family and I have had a great experience! Since COVID-9 I have been homeschooling our two teen boys and although it has been very intense at times, the ease of having rent, utilities, and internet service in one payment has truly been a Godsend! I could not be more thankful for our essential services to be taken care of by in very stressful time, by staff that has been 100% on point with Covid-19 guidelines. Keeping residents and their employees as safe as possible while maintaining a large business of this nature is commendable! Thank you Southwood for everything!"
