"Would prefer rating a negative 5 star if I had a chance. The worst customer/delivery service. I was expecting a package on Friday, they said, they tried delivering it but no one was at home so they couldn't deliver (But me and my wife both were stayed at home all day waiting for that package). When I called them on Monday morning they told they'll redeliver it on Tuesday. All of a sudden they updated the tracking saying it's delivered, but I couldn't find any package. I tried reaching them and an investigation has been opened. Every time I call them they gonna say investigation is opened and you will get an update by next day 5PM (the answer is being same even if i called the next day). Middle of the investigation they called me and said the driver delivered it to a different building with different apartment number. I one thing that I was surprised here is, its a signature required package - they delivered it to some other building and got the signature from a different person (what's the point of having signature required here??). It's 30/35 lbs package."

"Received a notification that my shoes were delivered to my lockbox in my loft. Checked my lock box and it was empty. Mind you the lockbox they claimed they delivered to wad way too small for a box containing shoes. Now I have to wait for them to investigate."
