"I highly recommend not living here. Limited parking, loud neighbors/ thin walls, and horrible property management. They never clean the breezeways and people love to let their dogs poop in breezeways and leave trash right outside the front door so it stinks. Although it’s a non smoking property people still smoke in the breezeways regularly and nothing is done about it. I loved below a couple who fought violently and there was nothing done about it although I counted a total of nine times security was called on them. I had an electrical fire in January that caused my ac/heat to go out and it wasn’t fixed for a whole month, all the while we were experiencing ice storms. A small space heater was provided but it did little to provide comfort and when I asked for a discount on rent due to inconvenience they said no because they addressed my concern by ordering a new unit (although the unit sat in storage until I offered to involve a lawyer). Bad management, and no help to renters. The only bright spot was Dwight the Maintence man who tried to help but sadly entrust moved him to another property. DO NOT RENT HERE OR WITH ENTRUST PROPERTY!"

"I actually enjoyed my little apartment here. Although, I never needed maintenance. The management does not respond to phone calls, emails, or texts unless you are mid-signing, then they are quick. Some strange people reside here, my vehicle was broken into twice and I didn't receive my deposit back for 8 months but did eventually get it. Parking is limited and if you work late nights do not plan on finding a spot. My neighbors had 3 people above the age of 65 living in the tiny apartment next door (I was 20) they were always nice, but still made me uncomfortable with the throuple next door, running joke amongst my friends. Overall, I would recommend it if you are a low-maintenance person who can wait a while for things and don't really mind some weird interactions, not scary, just super weird. But safety-wise, returning calls-wise, hell no."

"They never respond ever, they could care less about you. You can definitely find something better. Please do not rent here. My car was hit in run in their parking lot. Someone’s Else’s car got something stolen out of it. It’s a horrible apartment they do not care about your safety. We contacted them about maybe them giving us some time off our lease because of our car being stolen and hit and run, they said no. They really do not care about their renters at all. I do not recommend this apartment at all! PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE!"

"If I could give this negative stars, I would. Absolutely one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a property. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Don’t expect anyone to answer any phone calls or texts. Be prepared for aggressive dogs, your apartment smelling like weed constantly, there is no true “security” company, the gates are never actually locked, meaning the people who sleep at the park just come in and out. People dumpster diving. The police being at the property a few days for hours and absolutely no comment from management regarding what was going on at all. I mean the list honestly could go on for miles, my best suggestion would be to stay far far away and many others would agree."

"The apartments themselves are actually really nice. Internet is included and the design is clean and modern. However, good luck literally ever getting a hold of management for anything. Ever. Someone left an entire package of rotting meat in the middle of the breezeway for like a week, and no one was around to take care of it. They make mistakes on bills, and good luck getting those extra charges figured out! You’ll be out of sleep for a week. They’ll be quick on the phone when you’re trying to get an apartment, but once you sign a lease, you’ll never hear from management again. They stop answering your calls, no matter how badly you need to get in touch with them. You’ll have to take time off work just to hound them. God forbid you need to verify your residency so you can buy a house. My bank and I have been hounding them for two or three weeks now and they refuse to even make a phone call. If you’re considering living here, consider somewhere else. You will regret it, just because of the management."
