"We have had the pleasure of completing multiple roofing projects for Kensington Park Apartments. Everyone we worked with was nice and very professional."
"Living here was one of the most positive renting experiences I've ever had. The unit I had was well kept, maintenance requests were fulfilled in a timely manner & management was easy to communicate with and helpful! Would have stayed if I didn't leave Springfield for work."
"Called in with an inquiry and MaKyah answered all my questions and then some! Most pleasant person I’ve spoken to since my apartment hunting began. 11/10 highly recommend."
"I moved in 6 months ago and absolutely love it here. The apartment is in great shape and I like that it’s quiet. My son loves the pool! The staff in the office are really nice. Josh did a great job showing me the property and answering all my questions when I was looking for my place. Monique, Josh, and Siara are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!"
"Dear Mom, Congrats! Your son or daughter has been accepted into college and you are probably here deciding if you want to make Kensington Park apartments your child's first home away from home. Allow me to share my experience. I have been a tenant for the past year and half. I am a working professional. I'm also a single Mom and a veteran. I am not who the community targets, which is you and your child- college students. I ignored the negative reviews when deciding to move in, saying to myself- "that won't happen to me" because I pay rent, I keep a clean home, I'm quiet, and I obey their rules. Life hasn't been easy since my divorce and we felt Kensington was our great place to start over. Until it wasn't. What turned into a dream place to live, turned into a nightmare. You see, the current management is about greed and cares about keeping the apartments filled. (and yes, they can't keep property managers- Danielle is at least the 3rd.) She does not care about her tenants and only about the quota. As a working professional, I am never content to 'just be'. I occasionally explore job applications outside the area to test the market, so to speak. I made Kensington aware they may get phone calls for references so they weren't surprised. Danielle used this information as an ASSUMPTION and assumed that I got a job. In return, she broke the leasing contract as I've never given a written notice (or verbal for that matter)to moving or wanting to leave at the end of my lease. Again, I'm the ideal tenant- pays rent, clean, quiet, etc. Kensington made NO effort to ask what my intentions were. I go in the office in June to ask where my new lease is to find out they rented out my apartment from under me. If they are willing to treat me so maliciously-the dream tenant, what do you think they will do to your son or daughter? Don't ignore the reviews and think it won't happen to you. My life has been turned upside down. I have a MONTH to find a place to live in a town that is already filled up because the college students coming in for the FALL semester. For this to be done to me, when I've done everything right and nothing wrong- it blows my mind. Greed is a powerful motivator and it will also be Kensingtons downfall. What is that saying we tell our children, " It doesn't matter what you look like on the outside. It's what is on the inside that matters." From the outside, Kensington is beautiful, but on the inside she is dirty. Heartless. Greedy. Malicious. This is not the home you want to send your child to as their first home away from home. Kind Regards, Linnea Shirley (Rainey) Apt A203(until July 25, 2019)"
