"Excellent landlords. They work hard to make our home better. View from my balcony is nice. My apartment has everything I was looking for. The only negative thing I see is lots of spiders, but they are being dealt with. I have no plans to move."

"John and Meada have been great landlords for us. Since they became the new owners at the start of the year, they have done a lot of good for the current tenants. They even fixed stuff that have been broken for years in our apartment, are giving the whole building a much needed face lift, and are quick and attentive to the needs of the tenants. I totally recommend them as ones to rent from."

"I don’t normally leave reviews but after having lived in many different apartments, townhouses, etc due to moves over the years, I am so happy to have found this particular condo! Yes, they’re old & quirky, but the most soundproof I’ve ever lived in. I also believe that’s partly due to the owners John & Meada who are very picky about who they lease to. I appreciate that they aren’t just filling empty condo’s but are working hard to create a quiet, safe, environment. I was told about their plans for future improvements & can’t wait to see the final results. Many thanks for choosing me to be part of this little community!"

"Very disappointed with the landlords. I kept a clean and very well put together house and once I moved out, they “had to put in 12.5 hours worth of cleaning” a 1 bed 1 bath condo. I cleaned the unit properly, may not have deep cleaned but why should I when I have to pay a “non-refundable” $95 cleaning fee. A $395 security deposit and I only get back $68. Nothing but bad experiences with this and do not recommend this business to anyone. Side note: it is an outdated, sketchy atmosphere next to a waste station and you’ll have to use a vase to flush the toilet."
