"I like my apartment very much! The layout is different than most apartments which is nice and spacious. All the appliances are nice and new and management is great!"
"This is going on our second year here and we love the location and how close it is to everything. Very quiet place, great place for pets, has a dog park onsite. If you have any maintenance issues they get it fixed fast. Great place"
"This place is breaking the law!! They are not letting a resident break the lease because she was being stalked by her neighbor who is dangerous! Do not rent from these people!!!"
"On October 13th someone tried to maneuver over the balcony railings and break into my apartment while I was home. I live on the top floor. The guy was illegally living with his girlfriend 4 floors under me. I will say Branson PD was amazing! Their 911 operator stayed on the phone with me, while I had locked myself in the back bathroom, and 2 officers were there within 5 minutes. After a brief description, they had the guy in handcuffs within 10 minutes. I had to identify him from the balcony and he was arrested for felony harassment and stalking (he tried to enter my apartment previously when I was going down to my car for a second trip of groceries). I went in front of Judge Ehmy who gave me a restraining order against the guy, even though they could not find him to serve him. I notified the property manager, who isn't on site, and they treated it like a joke. There is a Missouri law that says you can break a lease, without penalty, if you are the victim of domestic abuse, harassment or stalking. I forwarded a copy of the restraining order and police report to the manager and they said I would have to pay $2100 to break my lease, even though the law is clear that I don't. He said "our lawyers will make sure the fee holds up in court" so could not move. I have been terrified to stay here. Even took firearms lessons and got a gun for protection. Since I tried to move out, the manager has made my life hell. They raised my rent 7 hours before rent was due at the beginning of December. I had a leaking sink and cockroaches, and they closed the ticket out without doing any work, because I requested to be home when maintenance came over. This picture is what they sent me yesterday, because they saw a cat in my window. They don't have anyone on site, so the manager was sitting outside my apartment taking pictures from the parking lot. I already have some PTSD from what happened and now I h management sitting outside taking pictures. They were even outside my place again this morning, so I had some hand gestures and words for them. I have never been late to pay, my place is spotless and hardly have anyone over because I work so much. I do want people to know how this company is. They have a lot of units for rent in Branson. Bee Creek Apartments and Ozark Sky Estates. Owned by Advanced Precision Management. If you are thinking about renting from them, please reconsider. They think they are above the law."
"Do not stay here. The place is an absolute pig sty. Cigarette butts and trash in breezeways. I just moved in and my apartment was filthy. They said a cleaning lady cleaned it but went through a whole container of bleach wipes and part of another. Apartment smelled like cigarette smoke. Not to mention all the leaks they have from what I’m told. Not worth $925 a month for a one bedroom and I’m sure the two bedrooms are just the same. They expected me to use that nasty shower thing that was in the bath tub. Also, the place reeks of pot every time I open the door. It’s you right in the face and it makes me feel sick and nauseous. I’m a nurse and have to keep my scrubs in the dryer so they don’t stink when I’m at work. Someone has to be doing something illegal in one of the apartments around me. It’s absolutely horrible."
