Center City

"Center City is a really great leasing office in that they employ knowledgeable and kind people. Nancy was very easy to work with in the signing and renewal of my lease and all the leasing agents I have met in the office are knowledgeable and personable as well. I also like that the rent is reasonable, the location is good for my college career, and any maintenance I need done is taken care of in a timely manner. I really do not have bad things to say about my experience."

"I love living in the Embassy Apartments, managed by Center City. They are conveniently located and the office staff is very helpful. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and they spray for bugs regularly. I would definitely recommend living here!"

"I've lived at the Embassy Apartments on Elm Street for nearly 2 years. Management perpetually changes (I've counted 5 apartment managers in the past 20 months) with each one seeming to have different expectations. They're disorganized and at times we have received notices for not paying rent when we have. At one point they sued my roommate and I for "underpaying" our rent when we actually had overpaid! Every time the issues have been resolved, but it's just an extra, un-needed hassle. That said, the price for the apartment's location is hard to beat. I walk to campus every day, there's a Bear Line stop practically in front of the complex, and plenty of restaurants and bars in a doable walking distance."

"My roommate and I have been living in Embassy apartments on Elm St. for the past 2 years. About every 2 months we'll be dealing with a new manager. The management has been VERY disorganized. They even sued us once when they record of our rent payment (they eventually dropped the case when they checked their bank statements). You get what you pay for. Rent is very cheap, and it is close to campus. Those are the 2 big advantages. Just have to deal with the disorganized management from time to time."

"I’ve lived in a Center City apartment for almost a year now and it has been a great experience. The location is within walking distance of MSU and the townhouse is a fairly reasonable price considering this. Since it is near campus, there are the occasional loud parties that happen in the apartments and at the houses around it, but it hasn’t been more than a minor annoyance."
