"Absolutely terrible customer service from the pharmacist mark who hung up on me due to my frustration of your medication not being kept stocked on shelves and your order forms not being kept up on or not back ordering medications if they are taking awhile to manufacture they also don’t update their telephone services why tell a person their scripts are ready if they aren’t and you can’t even fill a full script. They left my stage four cancer patient mother who just got out of surgery with no scripts they could fill half and void it and fill the rest with TYLENOL a cancer patient with Tylenol then they wanna say they are helping they don’t know when they’ll receive new medication for my mother then wanna say I’m disrespectful when they are sending a cancer patient home in pain with ZERO MEDICATION BESIDES TYLENOL. my mom has gone there 18 year even when it was old miners we will NOT go through them anymore and will be spreading this to her entire cancer support group. Deplorable customer service and deplorable management of medications to follow up with my issue instead of calling when they refilled they voided mothers script this isn’t the first time either. This place deserves to be sued and I hope one day it does treating their patients in such a disposable way is disgusting as an establishment"

"The RX app has made using the pharmacy EVEN EASIER to communicate with the pharmacists and staff. You can now send in a refill request right when you think about it, and of course the personal customer service is always top-notch! I would not recommend any other pharmacy anywhere close to Miami. "Honestly surprised there’s not more reviews. I give this place 1000 thumbs up and 10,000 stars. Absolutely the nicest people. Also it is the nicest pharmacy I have ever been in. It’s like a cross between a mom and pop pharmacy and a Cracker Barrel/Hallmark store.(without the food of course).Quaint but practical. Absolutely a static that I found this place. Come check it out for yourself if you do not believe me. You don’t even have to be sick or need a prescription to shop there."
