PETE'S 2215 East Steve Owens Boulevard, Miami, OK 74354

"I just want to highlight some atrocious customer service from these two women at the 2215 Steve Owens location. I walk in, and I am not greeted by the two women who are helping nobody. I say “good morning” and instead of saying it in return, the two women snicker and gossip amidst themselves while looking at me. Then when I finally obtain all of the items I will purchase, I walk up to the counter where there are “This register is not available” signs in front of both women as they put rice crispy treats in a cup for sale. Not realizing these women are not going to serve me, I stand there confused. One them looks at the self checkout option like it is mandatory for me to check my own items out. This is the only acknowledgement I received the entire time. These women are poor poor examples of good customer service. I was here at 10:30-10:45 AM on December 27th Shame on these women."

"The woman's bathroom was atrocious. Two of the three were full of poop and toilet paper. No soap in either dispenser."

"There is black and fuzzy white mold in the bathrooms in the vents. Water is dripping from the ceiling. This is absolutely the worst bathrooms we have ever experienced. The owners need to immediately address this or the health department will be called."

"Horrible staffing, they need to teach their employees the systems. Nothing is cheap right now. Especially gas. My daughter & I went in she got a fountain I got a 2 for $5 Gatorade fit and she told me to use the scanner, which I didn't want to do. Then she told me to use my kickback I was paying with cash & it took the discount off, she ripped me off & didn't know what to do. I said can you refund it. Nope I can't only managers. So now I have to go back tomorrow just to get my money back. $2-$3 is a big deal these days. Horrible. If she would've been sympathetic I probably wouldn't be so upset. See you tomorrow Manager's"

"The restroom was disgusting. All the toilets were nasty. Toilet paper everywhere and dirty sinks. No trays for hotdogs and when I asked if they had any, I was told, I don't know and the clerk continued to do the floor. It also took the pump at least 5 minutes to get to the authorization screen. Definitely, no comparison to the Pete's on Main. Won't come here again!!!"
