"They told my wife to comeback before closing to pick up her medication and that they were expediting it. So when she comes back she waits in line for 10 minutes just for them to shut the lights off in her face and when she came inside they told her it would be tomorrow. If they treat pregnant women this way they all need to be fired and you need a better staff."

"We have used CVS on 32 and Main in Joplin MO. For years. They are always very friendly and very happy to help any way they can. Yesterday Dana was our gal and she is always so sweet. The biggest smile and so kind and helpful. I do think they need more help. Always so busy. But take the time you need."

"Very unprofessional pharmacist and staff!!! First, in the morning, I was told they had my medication but would cost $700 and ready at 5P. I knew with my background it is 100% covered under Medicare B. When I challenged it, they blamed my doctor! Total of 11 calls and went at 5P to be told your doctor never sent the right coding. Add this, 1. Pharmacy staff are eating and drinking in front of customer where the prepare prescriptions and serve customers; 2. The pharmacist informed me rudely that she had told off my doctor’s office for being rude; 3. When I ask if the drug was in stock, I was told that they couldn’t tell me until they had a legitimate order (ODD since when they were going to charge me, it would be ready at 5); 4. When I arrived the tech had told they couldn’t read the code and was waiting on a new order with a legible code on it; and 5. As I reached the door, I was paged back to the pharmacy to be handed a copy of the order showing it didn’t have a code on it at all! Enough, they have backed this tiger into a corner! Maybe they haven’t heard of the Missouri Department of Professional Regulation but as a retired RN, I have!!!"

"Wife had to get prescription filled here and we went through the drive through... Their tech, and I use that word loosely. He didn't even run our insurance on this prescription... Very unprofessional and just shabby all around... We will not be doing business there ever again"
