"I have lived here since September 2019. It's a quiet and safe Apartment Complex. I'd like to thank my neighbors and staff here at Rock Ridge. Nancy's team goes above and beyond caring for Us here. Hardly ever see anyone move here. A few, but not many. I got lucky when I came here to Missouri. Hoping someday to move into a Villa. THANK YOU NANCY, for the work you put in shoveling snow. And other things. Lol DONT GIVE UP.. trying for an Apartment here. Honestly, it's hard to get one because We don't want to leave. "We've been here a year and a half and just love it. Rock Ridge is clean and well maintained. We have no reason not to feel safe. Nancy our Community manager is great, always willing to listen and is always Johnny on the spot getting stuff fixed. She always has a smile and a nice greeting for everyone. Becky, is a great asset as she is also quite willing to help if by chance Nancy is unavailable. We're grateful for our little neighborhood here at Rock Ridge."

"I've been here for a bit over a year and have gone threw 4 management teams. They look really nice but they are poorly built. Not insulated that well. We would fix them but we have to pay for the materials and then we can call to have them installed. Dishwasher broke and so I called everyday for a week and it's still not fixed. They keep saying they will get to it but don't. Maintenance man just walks into your house doesnt knock. I've had the leasing lady tell me things about other residents and the cops are here to arrest someone about once sometimes twice a week. They have cameras but they don't work so if someone breaks into your car like they have mine and a few others here then your out of luck. Also a good reason to not move here is mainly bc of the drugs. I would put up with everything but having a kid and finding a meth pipe broken on the ground not even picked up but blown of the concert into the grass just pushed me over the edge. I'd rather my kids have a safer place to live and play. There are safer places in Branson to live."

"Maintenance doesn't fix things in a timely manner. Also management likes to tell other residents your personal information. Buildings were slapped together too quick therefore they were poorly built. I would rate less if I could.
