Reviews
"The apartments are small, but cozy. Quiet at night. Management really cares and takes complaints seriously. Lived here 6 months so far and have had no issues."
"Decent enough property at the get-go, however it became incredibly clear that the walls between the apartments are incredibly thin. Multiple times, I've been kept awake by my neighbors screaming at each other for a variety of reasons. The in-apartment internet is also severely lacking. I've tried to contact other providers in the area, but no one services this area, even though they service other complexes nearby. It'd be great to have a different choice, that way I don't get constantly disconnected even while just browsing."
"I am absolutely appalled by the horrific standards of this apartment complex. The carelessness of the maintenance and staff is beyond detrimental. The in complex internet is horrid and NO OTHER PROVIDERS will service this area for internet. I work from home and not being able to access internet is ridiculous! The IT guy contact for this place is a JOKE. If you want to, oh I dont know, use actual internet and live like a normal human being, DO NOT live in this DUMP!!"
"It used to be a decent place to live. The grounds were kept clean. Maintenance got to you in a semi-timely manner. There was clear communication between residents and staff. Now trash and furniture is being allowed to pile on the balconies (violation). Trash is on the stairs, the parking lot. There are multiple units where you can hear them scream at and threaten eachother - more than two people living there, which is the limit per unit. If you can find and afford somewhere better, I encourage you to do so."
