Schaefer Ridge

Schaefer Ridge is a newly renovated apartment complex located at 300 Schaefer Drive in Branson, Missouri. Our studio apartments are now available for leasing, with move-ins starting in September 2023. The apartments feature Carrera marble showers, kitchenettes, and tile floors.

Residents at Schaefer Ridge can enjoy a range of amenities, including an updated fitness center, indoor recreation space for activities like pickleball, an outdoor seasonal pool, and a clubhouse. Rent includes electricity, internet, water, sewer, and trash services.

Pets under 35 lbs are welcome at Schaefer Ridge, with a non-refundable pet fee and monthly charge. Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings, and guests are allowed for up to 7 days with management approval.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month, with a late fee for overdue payments. Residents can conveniently pay rent and submit maintenance requests online through the AppFolio tenant portal.
