"Terrace at Copper Leaf is a great apartment complex, love the layout and the management! The prices are very reasonable and Tyler is the best and sweetest Landlord I’ve had! He will go out of his way to make sure maintenance issues are to take care of it and is great about making sure our apartments are up to code. If he notices an issue he will even go the extra mile to fix it and inform me about it. When the bug man came out he noticed my carpet needed stretched so he had the carpet man come out plus shampoo it! What landlord does that?! Also, when he is out of the office Susan, who runs the neighboring apartment complex for Wilhoit Properties will give the same love and care as Tyler! I recommend Terraces at Copper Leaf to everyone who is looking for an apartment."
"I enjoy living here. When there's A problem Tyler the manager sees its taken care of in a timely manner. He's very friendly and helpful and really cares about the tenants and the property. It always looks so nice and kept."
"Really nice property and appears to be making some nice improvements. Tyler is really helpful and is on top of things. He is always nice and professional every time I come into the office."
"Lived here for years and let me be the first to tell you that the quality of these apartments is going down hill as they get older and proper maintenance and updating is not occurring. First issue based off of an apartment that highlights having a workout facility – you only have access to it during daylight hours with half priced and broken equipment. I have been fighting/asking for years for the room to be open 24 hours, as described, and as expected when compared to every other apartment complex – all they ever say, maybe next year its not in the budget and it never happens. Secondly, they expect to increase rent with market value. Your apartments need updated – the apartments you compare too have redone their interior, exterior, and updated appliances. Next and probably most important is the roofing situation. It is in drastic need of replacement and caused damage in my apartment for which mold started growing – and yes management I will call it mold for what it is do not skirt the issue. First complaint was over eight months ago and guess what 3-4 complaints later still not fixed, was told I never told them about it. I am not the only one with issues, I know of at least two other people with severe mold issues that was just painted over and now the issues are even worse and their kids are constantly in and out of the doctor’s office. Also don’t live here unless you enjoy kids running up and down the stairwell banging on your walls and making a ruckus – management, never did anything other than put out letters sating stay out of stairwell, did they ever enforce, no they did not. Lastly, when you go to move out, expect them to place a sticker on your truck and trailer saying to move it or it will be towed and then take the next thirty minutes removing said sticker off of your window. I would not recommend this apartment complex until major updates and changes are made."
"Moving into these apartments I was so excited. Beautiful spacious apartments at an affordable rate. But I feel like I paying to be in day care. So many rules it's outrageous. We got a paper going over ways you're not aloud to park. For example if you pull in backwards your car will be tow'd, etc. also got a noise complaint for being outside on my balcony with two friends doing nothing but having a conversation. The office was very rude about it. I shouldn't have to stay off of my balcony at a certain time because the neighbors don't like to hear us talk. If you don't want to hear other people, you should not be living in an apartment complex. And I know what you might be thinking, my friends and I were probably drunk, loud, etc. Nope, 100% sober just smoking a cigarette and talking about a concert. We will be ended our lease as soon as possible. I refuse to be 600 dollars a month to be treated like a kid. Also I have a huge window in my bedroom that lets cold air right in. I have curtains and two blankets over it and my room is still freezing all of the time. I live in a two bedroom with one person, water is paid for and my last utility bill was 195 dollars because of our heater struggling to keep it a decent tempature."
