Sky Eleven

"Consistently found urine and feces in the halls, elevator, and lobby. There was one point where there was a large trail of pee in the lobby and I called to let staff know so someone could clean it. It took TWO DAYS before it was even touched and you could see it dried into the floor. This also happened with poop that was on my floor by the elevator doors. Took days before anyone cleaned it up. Not only was there (hopefully just dog) poop but there was also trash, food, stains, and smells everywhere. Kids running around on school nights and banging on doors, as well as letting dogs run around off leash. Don't worry about the breed though, all dogs were "welcome" and let to do whatever they pleased and no one ever cleaned up their messes. Everything always reeked of cigarettes and weed and the neighbors were loud and obnoxious at all hours. Management never fixed any of these issues and I had to spend the whole time living here exhausted and physically ill. I had headaches constantly and lost hours of sleep. I was kept up late every night by the people next to me and above me and no matter what I did and who I called for help, they were never reprimanded and continued to be extremely loud. Maintenance the later half of my stay was great. Friendly, helpful, funny, and overall pleasant to work with. But management was a disaster. I felt as if my complaints fell on deaf ears and that no one ever actually wanted to help or solve the issues. I know a handful of incoming students looking for apartments and I cannot emphasis enough how much I would NEVER recommend park east. Worst two years of my life that I'll never get back. It's a shame because sky eleven is a super cool old building and in a neat spot. The huge windows were amazing and I loved all the natural light but I would happily have traded that for a decent stay in what was supposed to be my home. But I would never call this place home. Absolutely disappointed in my stay. I would rather live under a bridge than ever stay here again. Good god I'm glad to be rid of park east."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE! Hands down the WORST apartment I have ever been at. If I could give a negative rating I would. The management is extremely petty (one of them tried to bully my roommates and I), grossly unable to do their PAID jobs at even the most basic level, and full of people who think it’s better to bribe tenants for good reviews than to actually provide good service. Know that many of the 5-star reviews were bought with Chick-fil-a gift cards. The common areas (elevators, hallways, foyer, etc.) are dirty more often than not and it’s not unusual to find puddles of urine. How much they charge to live here is highway robbery. Do not waste your money or your energy on this place. Look at the other, real ratings FROM PEOPLE’S EXPERIENCES and I promise you’ll understand."

"Love the location, I can walk anywhere. Everyone who works here is super casual and welcoming and just overall chill. I love living so close to campus while still being technically a commuter which allows me to feel a little safer. Not to mention the amenities are awesome! I'm so lucky Drury decided to allow students to live here for dorm pricing."

"I think sky eleven is great in terms of the apartment they provide. Is it overpriced? yes. My main complaint is the SOUND. I was unaware before I moved in that there is a train track right next to this building. Multiple times a day I have to listen to the train blare its horn, often times for hours on end. This mostly occurs in the early morning and it wakes me up every time, because the train causes all the dogs in the building to bark. Next, the pool is basically unusable. They claim it is heated but it always cold. Even after opening for the season, it is extremely dirty. My apartment? Great. Everything else? Meh."

"I've lived here for a year now and absolutely love it! Compared to other places downtown it is reasonably priced. It's furnished with nice furniture (unlike a lot of furnished places) and the management is amazing. They give away free stuff (like hot dogs every Wednesday) and the pool parties are a blast. So sad I'm not living here another year, it's just time to move out of downtown. I LOVE SKY"
