"I would give this apartment complex a negative review if possible. They will scam you out of money, so I strongly advise against renting here. Your car may be towed even if you purchase a parking pass. The buildings are poorly constructed, maintenance workers enter apartments without notice, the hallways and carpets (Sky Eleven in particular) are in poor condition, and the rent is far too high considering the quality. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere other than this complex."

"the lady who did my tour was very nice and showed everything quickly, gave me a snack, etc. park east looks amazing and i definitely would want to move into sky eleven or the u but i didnt get my $20 yet"

"Sky Eleven was great to live. Being close to MSU campus and in walking distance to all the best bars and restaurants in Springfield. It had nice amenities and the elevators made things like moving and quickly going up and down a breeze. Make sure to take advantage of all the free food and social opportunities they have to offer! The apartment itself was nice and has plenty of room, and being fully furnished you don’t have to worry about moving lots of heavy furniture. Great views, location, and amenities. I’d highly recommend park east!"

"The location is perfect for anyone wanting to live in the downtown Springfield area! Right by all the good restaurants and bars! Management very nice and easy to work with! Management also does lots of free food events and opportunities to see your neighbors! Also fully furnished apartment!! Great place to live for my last semester at MSU!"
