Cambridge Park Apartments

"Pros: Outstanding location Surrounding neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Close to bus stops if you need that. Very responsive to maintenance requests Personable office staff. (Really miss Cameron! She made me feel welcome and a valued tenant.) Generally, the grounds are clean and people pick up after their dogs. Not an overwhelming number of dogs. My apartment is a recent renovation and is very nice with plenty of closet and cupboard space for a 1 bedroom. Plenty of parking. Friendly mail guy. Cons: Too many tenants with cars that have loud mufflers. It would be considerate if they would start them and leave. (For this reason, I would not rent again here at the amount I am paying.) The area around the trash bins can be appalling at times. Laundry room is often dirty. The machines need an update, especially the dryers. They are dirty and they don’t work well. My floors were dirty when I moved in. I had a brand new steamer and I was able to take care of that myself. I shouldn’t have had to. Also, when I moved in the dishwasher filter was filled with scum and hair. The dishwasher would not completely drain until I cleaned this out."

"I just move to Cambridge Park about a month ago and it has already exceeded my expectations. The people who work in the Office are always willing to help out and never feel unwelcoming. We actually found this place by accident and the second I walked in I knew that this apartment complex was the one. It’s clean, the neighbors aren’t loud and if they have dogs, you rarely hear them bark. If you are looking for a cheep clean place, definitely check this place out!"

"Cambridge Park has been an easy place to live. Grounds are kept tidy. Management is respectful and always happy to explain things. Lots of community events to participate in. Maintenance is fantastic! They usually are very fast to get repairs done and very nice."
