"We have a little above ground pool. We are treated like we have a million dollar pool. It’s so easy and professional! We take in a sample of water-and walk out with a printout of the exact amounts of additives we need (and in what order to add them). It couldn’t be any easier! We are always treated with kindness and help! No question is a silly question. Everything is explained thoroughly. No more guesswork on my part. I have admiration for Branson Pool and Spa and the service they give. Ten thumbs up!"

"Great service from start to finish. During the shopping phase it was great to be able to sit in different tubs in the showroom and have all of our many questions answered. Then we were able to get a manufacturers sale price even after we had purchased, which was a large savings and a welcome surprise. Finally, the installation team of Brent and Trey did a great job of getting it positioned on our, somewhat difficult to access, property and were both friendly and patient with us first time hot tub owners answering all of our questions."

"The employees at Branson Hot Tubs and Pools are fantastic. When my husband and I stopped in there to look and price hot tubs, the young man ( which I believe is the owners son), was very helpful in helping me find the perfect hot tub that I needed for therapy. I've had a broken neck, which causes chronic pain and also back surgery. So he had me get in each one, to see which one was right for my height and also which one that had the right jets that would target my pain. When they installed it for us, they were very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in demonstrating how to properly take care of our new hot tub. Since then, anytime we visit the store with questions or take our water in to be tested, they are always nice, polite, and patient while answering any questions or concerns we have. WONDERFUL company. I would recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a hot tub, to stop by Branson Hot Tubs and Pools before going any where else. You will not regret it."
