"I visited this afternoon with my 15 year old daughter. The minute we walked in, an associate approached us in a very odd and creepy manner. She stared at us with huge eyes and says “ I know who you are. WE know who you are. Everyone knows” I didn’t know what to do and just froze grabbing my daughter by the hand. Then she proceeds to talk about a new perfume. Then leads into our experience is going to be free. I continued to stand in silence. She continues about our shopping today will be free and then says all we have to do is open a credit card. Is it common practice for your company to use scare tactics to get people to shop with you instead of just a warm friendly greeting? I’ve never wanted to run out of a store more than today"

"I’m a regular customer in the Rue 21 in Tanger outlet mall, Branson. I was very impressed with Stefanie that was always so friendly, kind and very helpful! Very hard working lady and managed to share with me the great deals that the store has whenever I came. I specially going there because of her kindness, friendliness approach and helpful idea that I’m ending up finding some thing to buy at this store almost every time. I’ll always go back to this particular store since the atmosphere there is so nice and make me feel part of their family as soon as I came. I couldn’t thank Stephanie enough for letting me know what is new each and every time and helping me navigating the right staff for me without wasting any time searching for it. It also doesn’t “hurt” that it’s always very good smell when I come in to the store and have this fresh, beautiful aroma just from stepping inside. I’ll look forward to visit again soon to see this smiley, beautiful lady that always there to help! I wish more stores like that will be around with this kind of service to make you enjoy shopping whenever you come in! I highly recommend this particular store & will be happy to go back in my weekend routine time to meet the great lady, Stephanie and her co workers there!"

"During a tornado warning they literally told us and everyone in the store that we had to leave and they locked us out. I could understand if it were a watch, but it was an actual tornado warning, with sirens going off, and we were all pushed out onto the street, without anywhere to take shelter. It could have been way worse, they basically just forced everyone out of the store to be blown away by a tornado, while the other stores were actually allowing customers to take cover inside. Just terrible to force people out onto the street in the middle of a tornado, who does that? Had an tornado been on the ground, we would all be dead right now. So unprofessional."

"When I walked in the guy that greeted us was so friendly and sweet. The problem happened when I went to checkout. When the cashier was scanning my items I took out a little over $40 to make sure I had enough out. She tells me my total, $35 35, and I look to see if I have enough ones rather than break a ten, when I'm counting the ones she says "Can you even afford this?" I lay the ones down and just hand her my 20 and two tens rather than saying anything. She stares at me then goes "I said it was 35.35, you shorted me five dollars" I just politely say "I gave you 40 ma'am" only then does she smile and say it's been a long day. I grab my bag, and walk out the door. Everyone else working was super friendly and helpful except her."
