Sherwood Elementary School

"I just finished my brothers open house. ONE teacher, Mrs. Marble spoke to my mother about how my brother will be tested for the gifted program. We went into rooms and teachers walked out. The art teacher basically said the same thing to every parent in the same way. EVERYTHING was on the computer. Part of healthy growth is intereaction with human beings. I am far from impressed with this elementary school. When I was in school, a whole 5 years ago my teachers actually interacted with parents. The music teacher was very kind too. So out of the, I don't even know how many teachers, three of them actually recognized my mother. I understand it's busy, I understand they've been working today. I feel like an interactive staff is key to proper growth. And Sherwood significantly falls short."
