American Airlines

"We used AA to fly to St. Maarten from St. Louis. The whole flight experience was great! One thing that I noticed about AA that I was very pleased about was, when the gate number changed, they made every attempt to get the people to the new gate! I saw that AA found and escorted some people to the new gate! Frontier Airlines will not do that for their customers. I will not fly the Frontier again. But here I come AA!"

"Flying is always going to be an adventure. From weather to issues at other airports across the country (or around the world), flying never seems to be easy. That said, having flown American so many times over the last many decades, I have to say they are great. Inevitable problems are resolved. Logistical nightmares are alleviated. The attitudes of those in the company, while not perfect, are consistently positive. I've flown many other airlines out of necessity, but American is my go-to first choice."
