"Financed a new vehicle with this place and have had nothing but problem getting a statement, processing my payment, etc. I've only had them as a loan provider for three months and have had to call about why they didn't process my payment twice already. No one can just directly help you, they pass you off to voice mails that go unreturned in a constant circle of incompetence. I am refinancing at a functional bank and would advise others to avoid this one."
