"As a former employee of this establishment, I can provide first hand knowledge of the culture of this business. This business provides extremely high interest loans to people that are desperate enough to agree to the terms. They do not care if you have been sold a lemon and they will consistently disrespect and harass you about any late/missed payment. Leadership in this establishment consist of individuals who want to coast through to retirement without creating a positive work environment nor implement any lasting innovations that would improve the experience of both the internal or external customers. In conclusion, this was by far the worst job I’ve ever had. These were all objective observations I experienced while working for this company so please use this as your warning for both employment and business needs."

Don't get into this line of work with no money because if you fall a little behind, some will be very supportive and professional, others will be very accusatory and rude. Some people will accuse you of lying when the shotty trucks they work with are in the shop more then they are earning. I'm just saying to be careful."
