"We had problems with the carpeting on the mound we bought for my son. First the landing area came loose from the wooden base causing my son's landing foot to slide upon landing. It didn't tear down there, but it was worse since he couldn't count on a firm landing. The second problem is that the carpeting got torn up near the rubber. Both of these happened within a month of use. Normally, this would cause me to leave much less than a 5 star review, but the way the company made it right was so impressive, that it deserves to be noted and rewarded. They quickly shipped me the new Pro model (not yet released when I ordered mine in Nov 2020) black rubber matting along with screws to replace the carpet. I added washers for the screws to keep from going through the mat and it's now perfect! I would suggest the Pro model for HS and above - 8" is fine, but get the more durable surface. Thanks!"

"Mound showed up in a couple of days. Appears to be really well built and good quality. I couldn’t find the pitching rubber inside so, I sent them an email. Within minutes I got a response explaining in detail where it was. Convinced it was not in there I searched again. It was right where he said it was. Was right in front of me the whole time. I think this mound is going to be just what I hoped it would be. Can’t wait to work the team out on it."

"Great Product and Great Customer Service. I ordered the 8" tall Intermediate mound. I contacted the shipping company (FedEX) to rearrange the shipping date because we would be out of town for the original date. The mound was delivered Saturday on the original date while we were out of town. When we got home (midnight, monday morning) the mound was in my driveway, unwrapped open to the elements and whoever would of wanted a new pitching mound. My son and I went to move the mound into the garage and we noticed that the mound was damaged. OK.. so after the shipping company had already screwed up the shipping arrangements along with a long drive and getting home after midnight..now this... I was not happy. I took some pics and fired off an email to Brock at 12:20 AM. Brock replied to my email a couple hours later!!! (does this guy sleep).. later that morning, (during normal business hours) I called Brock to explain in detail what was damaged and within a couple of days I received the new piece. Although FedEx had once again damaged the wrapping and lost some of the screws that Brock sent me for the new piece, I didn't see the need in bothering Brock with that. I say all this to say that Players Choice Mounds makes an awesome product at an unbeatable price and they will stand by their products.. I don't think you could ask for anything more than that. Ohh and BTW...my kid (9 yr old) loves it..thanks Brock."
