"I was just in here and the older lady Lisa in the back was getting mad and screaming saying I’m not the one when the lady was just making coffee trying to talk loud she was on the other side of the store trying to talk to her and the lady in the back thought she was screaming so Lisa freaked out Lisa needs to calm down and stop trying to scare people she went phyco I can’t believe she is still working they’re even the other workers were being rude to this lady completely distressful you guy need to treat your customers better"

"Lisa in the back was screaming at me this morning because she thought I was getting loud with her when I was not I was talking loud so that she could hear me in the back but I’m sick and tired of coming in here and Lexi attitude Lisa’s attitude are out of hand the manager is friends with her associates so she allows them to talk to the customers however they want. This store has no respect for theyre customers and when I asked the heavy set younger guy working the cash register at 7.30 this morning 12/09/2024 he laughed and said no he won’t give me her name then when I asked him for his name he said no he doesn’t have one this always happens at this store where they get into with customers need better customer service"

"We're huge fans of Casey's pizza, and they make great breakfast pizza! The sausage is good, but we love the bacon and they put a lot on it! Everytime we order off of the app, it's ready within 15 minutes, and always ready to go when we get there. Everyone is friendly and although they get pretty busy in the mornings, the wait is very short. We recommend getting the app if you don't have it already. They have special deals, and today we got a free pkg of Twinkies! Not to mention the rewards points!"

"So we are rewards members and one numerous Rockstar drinks during the summer giveaway, and when we went to redeem, we were told they do not have any and try another casey's. Keep in mind that the nearest is 15 miles away. 12/6/22 we went to get our free taffy from the new Christmas promotion and get drinks and gas. When I tried to use rewards, rewards were not working and did not get my taffy I received and could not use my rewards for gas. So we left, why offer programs when you do not carry the products, nor have an override system, even if you show the cashier you saved them on your phone. Only convenience store in town for 15 miles, guess we will take our money to that store and gas station."
